Iran's Supreme Leader, Structural Theory of International Relations

Abstract: Shia scholars through the history have mainly focused on an interrelation with the ruling power and elaboration of state theory in Shia religion. For many years it was a crucial issue in their eyes. By the victory of Iran's Islamic revolution, leading by Ayatollah Khomeini and the formation of a Shia state in modern world, it had to communicate with the international environment. Setting forth Discussions as the "world’s arrogance" were presuppositions to contact the international system and the origin of a new theory in international relations structural framework. In some parts of Shia political Fiqh, as daily issues and problems are concerned, Veli-e-faqih who clarifies the general policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran, have illustrated the relations with the international environment , in other words, foreign policy making. This article is an attempt to conceive these theories and their impact on Iran's foreign policy
